Class time will only be credited in cases of inclement weather or at the discretion of management on a case by case basis, accompanied by medical /veterinary documentation.
Private lessons and pool rentals (30 or 60 minutes) require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking to secure your time. This will be applied to your lesson or rental, where you will be expected to pay the remainder of the balance.
No Call / No Show, or Late Policy
We know sometimes things happen and throw a monkey wrench in your schedule, or sometimes we just have a forgotten moment. It is our policy to trust that our clients value our time, as much as we value yours. Therefore, we will excuse a no show/no call one time (less your non-refundable deposit). After that, any service is expected to be paid IN FULL via PayPal at the time of re-booking, and will not be refunded in the case of another no show/no call. If you are not present by 15 minutes into your lesson time, this will be recognized as a ‘No Show’. Your time will be canceled, any payment made for the time will not be eligible for refund. Refer to our refund policy above.
Facility Client Expectations
At Diving Dogs Anonymous, we strive to provide you with our professionalism and expertise. We also want to ensure your time is utilized well, and you are courteous to other clients- as you would expect them to be of you. Please be on time for your lesson or class. If you arrive early, please do not interrupt the session before you. We kindly request that you wait outside of the building until you are waved in by our staff. You may use this time to walk/potty your dog. Remember to deposit any dog waste in the receptacles provided outside. Please exercise our one-way traffic pattern, so that no dogs accidentally go nose-to-nose, and have the opportunity to react. There is one entrance door for all services, and two exit-only doors, depending on the service you are receiving. We ask that you do not block any of our doors with yourself, your dog, or your belongings. These expectations are for the safety of you, our staff, your dog and other dogs. We thank you for choosing us to work with your team!
